Sacred Mysteries World Wide LLC reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If Sacred Mysteries cancels a program, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) up to eight days before your class or program.

Nonrefundable credit toward a future Sacred Mysteries program or class (less a $50 processing fee) is available if you give notice between seven and one day(s) before your program or class. Credit may be applied to any Sacred Mysteries program or class up to one year following date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the day of class; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.

Domestic Shipping Policy - Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
